Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Not show any signs of damage caused by the customer.
Unfortunately, returns requested after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards.
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team through our Contact Us page and provide:
- Your order number.
- The reason for the return.
- Photos of the item (if the item is damaged or incorrect).
Our support team will review your request and provide further return instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the product to verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure.
